The Casa Sea - Vista Villa - This villa is a splendid two-storeyed five-bedroom villa, ideal for family stays. The villa comprises of a spacious living room with a large open verandah and bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms overlooking the sprawling garden and the ocean. The garden in front leads you to a striking gazebo where one can enjoy the uninterrupted view of the ocean.
This beach facing villa with its private garden also serves as a perfect space for celebrating family occasions and hosting gatherings. Furnished with antique pieces, contemporary art and a mix of modern and Portuguese furniture, here one will experience an amalgam of panache, sophistication, luxury, and comfort.

- Extra bed charges will be Rs.2500/- per bed per night
- We charge a security deposit of 20,000/- at check in, which is refundable on check out.
- Check in after 1300 hrs & Check Out 1100 hrs.
- Please carry ID proof (Adhar/ Driving License / Passport) of each Guest & submit a copy at the time of Check- in (Mandatory).
- Outsourced services available at extra charges – Airport transfer / Sightseeing tours / Party Planning / Baby – sitting / Massage / Yoga Classes.
- Assistance is available at no extra charge for grocery shopping once in a day
- Guests are requested not to assign any duties to the housekeeping staff who are under instruction from the guest house manager.
- No outside / third party vendor or caterer is allowed to use any of the utilities eg.- crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware or LPG.
- The timings for breakfast are9 AM to 12 Noon. Post 12 noon, the breakfast would be chargeable additionally at Rs. 550 per person.
